This time around, when we closed on a Re-Fi, the rates dropped enough to make a difference and within a couple of days of our closing, so Bryan asked if we would like to cancel the closing and renegotiate for a new lower rate. YES we did. It took about a week or so and he had us come back in with the Re-fi contract. Thanks for helping us save more on our mortgage.

This was our 2nd time to work together and Bryan was always on top of things through our home buying. Our closing date changed several times due to unforseen events and Bryan was always ready no matter what date. We had many hiccups and Bryan gave great advice on how to handle everything.

He was also able to make arrangements to accommodate our special needs family and homeschooling schedule. Bryan Little, as well as the other staff at Element, were all quick to respond to all our correspondences. We were able to do majority of our refinance via phone and emails. We hit a couple of snags in the process. Bryan is very knowledgeable about the VA process. Bryan was quick to show us alternative options. He helped us resolve all issues and close on time. This refinance has made it easy for our family to get out of medical debt and back on track. Lots of stress off our plate. It was a great experience from start to finish. Each team member was very pleasant and I have no negative comments to make about this experience. I would highly recommend this company to our friends and family.

Bryan and his team are amazing. They helped us refinance and get a lot better interest rate and save a lot of money over the life of our loan. We purchased our home in November 2018 when the market was not good. They kept us informed and let us know that the rates were a lot lower. His team is very professional and will go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend.

The service I received at Element Funding was excellent. All the necessary information we needed for our refinancing was spelled out in detail and we were prompted all the way through the process to make sure we completed all our documents in a timely manner. The staff was understanding and patient with us when we did run into things we either didn't know about or were unable to retrieve the necessary information as quickly as we should have. The actual closing went smoothly, also.
