Well I was going with another company who said everything was perfect but forgot to say only if my house sold first. I had a deadline and this company figured out a way to get the loan without selling my house first. Down the road I can refinance. Everyone I dealt with went over and above helping in every way they could. They made everything super easy. Always available to answer questions. I highly recommend !
