He was on top of all items and made my life seem simple about refinancing.Quick to respond about any questions.Would recommend him and his staff to anyone buying or refinancing their home.

Bryan worked with us for several years to first refinance a variable rate loan into a fixed loan with all debts paid off when our FICO below the required number. Later we refinanced again when our FICO was JUST 620 and was allowed to get cash back on an 80% fixed loan. All other lenders backed away and Bryan and his staff got the job done. Even when roadblocks appeared .. his staff found a way to push it through. If you want a lender who will listen and work hard to get it done, go with Bryan. Also I contacted 2 other lenders during the process just to verify that his numbers were good ... both of them told me they could not beat the offer. Very happy.

Even though things happened with the appraiser that was out of Bryan and his team control, they went above and beyond to try get the situation fixed. They even worked extremely late. No matter what, they got it done!!!

I came in thinking my down payment was going to be very at least 10,000 or more . Well I closed on my house with no down payment. 😉🤗🤗

I was never sure who to talk to during the entire process. There were at least 4 different people who I spoke with and I ended up giving the same info to multiple people at different times. I also felt there was no sense of urgency to get things done in time for the closing and no one took into account that Veterans Day and Thanksgiving impacted the schedule. I shouldn't have to be talking to the seller's and my Title companies to make sure information was getting where it needed to be in a timely manner. The use of the portal added to my frustration. Once a document was entered by PRMC the system sent constant reminders for me to sign them. However, in some cases the uploaded documents contained errors so I would not sign them until corrected. Rather than delete the bad copy a new one was added. That meant I still got numerous reminders that required because I never signed the bad document and it was still pending. You need to delete and replace not just add a corrected document. Also, the portal shows a timeline of the process. It was not very useful because it was seldom if ever updated which caused me to make several calls to find out the 'real" progress. I never showed getting conditional approval until the day of closing which made me question if I was going to be able to close on time. I submitted requested documents within hours if not minutes from the request but nothing seemed to happen on your end.
