Bryan, Michelle, and Jessica were great to work with! They communicate frequently, set expectations and timelines, answer questions almost instantaneously, and are kind, genuine and caring! The online platform and e-signature capabilities used make the back and forth process very quick and easy! You truly feel they have your best interest at heart. Wouldn't get a mortgage with anyone else!

Unprofessional

I contacted Bryan, and he told me to submit an application online through his portal. I submitted ALL of my important documents. After which he never contacted me again. I emailed and called with no response. If he didn't want work with me, he should not have wasted my time. I had to start the process over with someone who approved me in less than a week from the initial contact!

The entire office was fantastic. Made the whole process very simple. The entire team has great follow up and makes communicating with them very simple. Their teamwork really shows their determination to do great business. I recommend them for any of your home buying needs.

What a group! The Team are mortgage loan originating rock stars! They make the process so easy through frequent communication, setting clear expectations and timelines, answering questions almost instantaneously, and truly demonstrating caring! Their online platform and e-signature capabilities make the process just breeze by. Their loan closing costs were less than half of what other lenders were offering! I wouldn't recommend anyone else to serve your mortgage needs than the PRM team. We have used them twice so far!
